Hey took part in your masterclass for pump 70 at fox hollies in Birmingham well impressed with how well you guys teach the dvd does no justice for the real thing! Im sure you know the master trainer Howard? That guy is big! haha!

Thankfully it's not cold yet :) Although our Summer has ended and we are now into our 2nd day of Fall....hoping it stays warm for a while still :) How's the teaching and training going? I'm keeping super busy with training and teaching, and looking forward to BP 72 :) xx
