Hey Nicole,
I started with Rpm 40 and I am addicted!!! It seems so easy now to transition and learn the new release when I thought the first one was so hard to master!!! I taught 42 for the first time yesterday and there are mixed feelings about it!! I am a weight lifter at heart so I thought about doing Bodypump!!! Now my heart has changed--I will ride first and then lift if I have the energy-USUALLY NOT!!

Hiya there!
So, this will be your 5th RPM-release then? Wow... Well I agree with you: I also teach RPM only and I think it's the greatest workout from Les Mills. I can't see myself teaching anything else... well, except Abs Attack which I also teach 4 times a week.
I'm an LM-instructor since 2004 and also did my AIM course in 2007. I have 8 classes a week (doubles) but I have to say that's my limit. Otherwise it's really to much strain on the legs and overall exhaustion I feel...
Also the marathon sessions I sometimes visit (4 hrs cycling) or if I have to teach an extra class f.e.: it really can wear you out and I need to recuperate.
But... it's wonderful and I feel that Les Mills provides us with all the tools we need to perform on a high standard.
I teach at a mixed gym (Health City) in the PSV soccer stadium here in Eindhoven. Also at another gym, which is more for families but at both gyms my classes are really full. It's great when people come specially for you and enjoy the ride over and over again.
I've been to Australia 2 times and I loved it! It's such a beautiful country and you guys are so friendly and laid back. And the nature? Wow! '
Well, gotta go. Have to work this afternoon and I'll have class tonight (2 hours). I'm gonna have to kick their butts after the weekend...! (ha ha ha)
Have a good day and we'll stay in touch!
Greetz,
Ruth
