Hey Hun,
I am sorry to hear that you wont be going to the Super Q. Yes we will have to meet up. I am going on holiday on 30 Sep till 15 Oct and I can't wait. The pup Red is growing fast and doing well. Still trying to sort out wedding and it looks like there is light at the end of the tunnel.
How is bump? Hope you are feeling ok and not sick and no engery. I am just getting over doing too many classes and about two weeks ago after doing 50 classes in 12 days which I know was stupid. My body hit a brick wall and I am starting to feel alot better.
Oh well better get ready to go to work. Talk to you very soon hun.

How is everything wih you? Sorry not been in touch things done here have gone a little mad. Wedding went pear shaped, then had the launch to work on, sortig out things at work with new Club Manager the list goes on.
AnywayI did the Essex quarterly last time around and I think I must have had the same guy a you for Combat. Back was playing up and had to stop half way through. So I do know what you mean. But he should have let you take it easy.
Yes I will be doing the super Q. What ones are you booked in for? Oh I just found out that I passed my RPM. I love all the new releases esp RPM, Balance & Combat.
How is baby and your little girl? Hope you are not working too hard and taking time to rest.

Hey Nikky - how have you been keeping lovee? Are you still kickin butt whilst being PG?
All is well here. Winter is setting in and my fingers are really cold in the mornings.
New job is great and still team teaching Combat.

Sorry about those hormonal influences. I'm suffering a bit too, but am at the other end of the spectrum here...not to give you too much information...but I always found it remarkable how my daughter & I were irregularly regular together, if you catch my drift. Then she moved out of the house for college for a year, and voila! I went through "the change" w/no speedbumps or problems...then she moves back home last month & guess who started again??! Together again insync w/my daughter!!
I thought I was finished!! Oh well!
Take care of yourself and that little bundle of joy developing inside! You have seen the Pump & Pregnancy flyer w/the modifications, right? I have a couple of regulars in my classes right now that are also pregnant, and they've kept on pumping, no prob. One is due in beginning of Aug. In fact, I'm planning a BP baby shower for her & our BP class!! hehe

Hope you and your litttle bun in the oven are doing well.
I just got back from 3-days of hard play @ the Colorado River. We went w/a bunch of friends in honor of Father's Day. We had 20-25 of us all tent camping on the beach. Water skiing, rafting, seadoo-ing, boating and floating - Fun , fun, fun! The high was 115 degrees and the low at night, 79 degrees! Nice & warm! Thankfully the river was a refreshing 65 degrees. I'm SOOOOO sore and tired!! I better snap out of it 'cause Monday has come crashing in!

Hi Nikky, my English pa,
All went well solo. I haven't had a perm class in a while and it looks like a gym I enjoy team teaching at is going to put me on for Thursday mornings - yay 45 express will be a great kick start to the day.
Glad to hear all is well with you. Sunny days are always good. We are having colder weather, but not much rain, which we need plenty of.
I agree with you about liking launches inn relation to who's teaching them. It the instructor was a p*#ck then it doesn't make for a great experience for the participants/instructors. I hope it grows on you when you watch the DVD it is much better, and I was lucky enough to have my workshop with Dan and Rach in Sydney. At least you enjoyed your other launches hey.
Love the baby's name. No, they won't cop too much flak at school heheheheh.
