Launch is today - I am participating this morning and will team teach tonight... I pick up an extra three classes a week at the end of september so am really looking forward to that. I was told by one of the members that if I was dong four pumps a week I need to eat more!!! Four pumps and participating i three combats a week will be plenty for me!
It's hard to get into a class if the vibe is just not there, I found that with a couple of instructors at my gym - one was great and the other was still good but the class vibe was just different and hard to get into the class.
Looking forward to tonight - though butterflies are still there there I teach new stuff!!

Hi there, first 7 tracks done, 3 to go.... Should be sorted by the end of the week. Looking forward to launch on the 25th. May have to find some black and white or black and silver gear as I don't think I scan dress in green and gold for the second time in a year!!! Only so much support I can give the aussies!!!

I think our theme will be the Olympics even though they will have just finished!!! Karen is a fantastic trainer, so enthusiastic about the programme and positive in her critiques through training. I love the warm up - first one that has really grabbed me for a while, and the lunge track is great - probably my two favourites so far!!
Have your guys got a theme yet?
First workshop is so exciting, I remember my first one in February.... Great to catch up with people who I had gone through training with.
Anyway better get back to the learning... I like to have it all learnt by the end of the first week so the second week is just embedding it in there to make sure it stays put!!!!

Hey there, did you enjoy workshop yesterday? Loving the music already. Looking forward to teaching it in two weeks for sure. Love the fact that so much of it is familiar, makes learning so much easier. Presentation from Emma, Karen and Jacko(??) was great. I did my training with Karen and she is so easy to talk to. Had a couple of tech questions and she cleared them up for me and then that was backed up by Emma so straight from the horse's mouth so to speak!!!!

I found the track list elsewhere on the internet but found the videos on You Tube....with what seems like the same mixes so will be interesting to see what you have...

You get over the nerves - eventually. The biggest class I get is covering for a night time teacher and the biggest is around 18 people. We just have a small gym and that pretty much fills the room which is great. It was like that the first time I taught on my own - I was only expecting to teach a couple of tracks and the instructor did not show so I had to teach it - very scary but what a buzz afterwards!!!!
Where did you download the music from? I found the tracks on You Tube that seemed to be the same mixes as the track list... I can be emailed on gailhulse@hotmail.com.
