My name is Nick and I am an Organizational Change consultant for a consulting firm in McLean, VA by day and avid LesMills instructor by night.

My LesMills journey began in August 2006 when I went to the launch of Bodypump 58 at my local club in West Lafayette, IN. Instantly, I became hooked on the strong and powerful moves in Bodypump and became a certified instructor. Moving to the DC area exposed me to a new program called Bodyattack. I became obsessed with the energy and intensity of Bodyattack and became a certified instructor. I know the powerful and positive impact LesMills programs have on my physical and mental well being and now I am sharing that knowledge one class at a time.
