Qualified To Teach

Swine Flu almost killed me- I had it hang on for almost three months. I wasn't contagious but I kept losing my voice for two months. It made it really hard to teach.

So summer is over and most of the hecticness is out of my life or taking a small break anyway so I'm back to BP and enjoying it.

Getting older is a b1tc4 I try to look at life as a hill I'm still climbing - I'm afraid that if i turned around to see where I came from I'd slide down.

Aloha Whyle,

I'm vacationing in Maui and it's raining today, so I thought I'd update my LM profile. I thought I'd also send you a shout out. How has teaching RPM & BP going for you? Earlier this month I attended a BodyFlow training and guess who was our trainer, Julie Trimble !! She was wonderful !! Also attending the training was Rachel and Matt who took BodyPump training with us. Hope all is well !! I think I'll go swim in the ocean now that it stop raining here.
