Certified recently I have been Bodypump-ing for more than 10 years, I stopped a couple years back and started again 3 years ago and became a fanatic.... or shall I say a freak :)
Every Single time I pump I suffer... Every single time I finish my Pump class I am satisfied.
No pain... No gain...
My job now is to find new freaks and push up my limits...
