Welcome to the Les Mills community! I envy your ability to teach Body Flow. I love the class but find that my body is more atuned to weight lifting then flexibility. I guess that is another goal for the future!
Good luck with your video!

Hi Noura, you have a friend in Clearwater, FL, should you make it out here sometime. Great to see just how far reaching likeminded fitness trainers can be found. Best of luck with Bodyflow!

Hi Noura,
You're right about the back and shoulders. I definately stand taller since I started going to BB 15 months ago.
The team teaching is great, having a great time, there is always something I feel I can improve or adjust after each class, which I guess is the case for all of us.
I've got a solo this morning in a centre I've not been to before, so I'm slightly nervous but also exilatrated.
Tips and points, hmm? What workd for me was to just the DVD a couple of times, then work through a couple of tracks using the DVD, then switch it off and use the CD to force myself to remember, it starts off ok, then I have a couple of bad goes, then it starts to drop into place.
Stay calm, it goes in, just somedays at different rates.
Hope you get your very own class soon
Catch youl ater.
Pete
