So I think I have figured it out. Growing up I always loved to perform in front of the mirror with K-Tel albums (Old school what NOW THIS IS MUSIC was back then for you newbies) Maybe that's what has made me unafraid to try to go for magic in front of a group of people with great music. I admit that I was always intimidated by sports because they were competitive, and I never had the natural athletic prowess. Years later I have found that we all have that perhaps, but that it doesn't HAVE to come out on a gridiron or court.
Group fitness is such a great idea, and I think this global family is amazing. I really admire people like Jackie and Dan who are at the top their game while being completely approachable. My GFM is just like that. She's just a great person with an amazing talent that leaves so much to emulate.
On the side I love travelling, movies, music, and spending time with my family and friends.

Hi Lee,

Hope you had a great release of RPM 39 in your neck of the woods! Personally I am loving track 7 to BLAST THE SPEAKERS!!! Now that's my kinda track, especially with the intense race added in there before the climbs. Hopefully your feet didn't act up... myself, my legs are so-o-o-o-o-rrrreee!

Thought I'd let you know I finally got myself a pair of true cycling shows that clip into our bikes' pedals. What a huge difference they make, you were right!

Take care! Larry T

Hi Lee,
I was thinking of doing a class with the "worst" of RPM. If it was on the forum, if it was the worst choreography, we might offend Glen and I really don't want to do that. It's just for fun. It could be the worst songs. It could be a fun class. Someones fav will be someones most hated track. Track 7 "Rain Down On Me" is deffinately on my "hate list" Never play it, yet someone on a forum asked for it, thought it was awesome.

Hi Lee,

Hope you're having a great week- Yes, I completely agree, I think if I were to come to one of your RPM classes where you did your "instructor's picks" I would certainly leave satisfied :D Musicwise, it sounds like we have the same mindset. It's funny how some of those tracks have indeed made crossovers, like Stomp! = RPM and Pump, Feel = RPM and Flow, Breakaway = RPM and Pump, it just goes to show how versatile the music is.

Sorry to hear about your condition, that must make it tough to look forward to regular classes when the pain acts up. Short of a risky major surgery, is there anything else you can do to ease it a bit? Was it caused by cycling or did you have to work on concrete floors for years....? Does a foot massager help?

With me it's the knees- my left knee is off-kilter but fortunately it doesn't go askew enough to affect my pedal spin or BodyPump squats. It does shift a bit but then snaps back into alignment to continue the full R-O-M... it's probably due to just being a little unsymmetrical biologically, ha!

Cheers, Man! My guess is all the best track survey threads was culling data to make the ultimate RPM ride for you class!!!

Hi Lee

Hope this finds you in good health.

Have you had your 2nd quarterly yet, if not you are going to love BB41, such a different release to others especially sun sals and the core abs and back. Love it and so do the members.

Take Care
Connie

Hey there great story and awesome pics.. you met the gurus themselves, nice!! It certainly is a fantastic feeling to come face-to-face with those that inspire each of us in such a magnificent way.

I had a similar story as you did, skinny kid and overly active then suddenly padded up in the wrong places.... nice to see that answers are where you look for them....

Best wishes and keep on doing what you love to do!

Cheers!
