I love gym. I´m not an instrutor. I just go to the gym for fun and relax.
I´m from Portugal and I love gym.
My favorite group classes are: BodyStep, BodyBalance. I tried Body Jam, but I dón´t have...anyway, now I want do to try Body Pump.
