A long time ago:

My Les Mills experience started about 5 years ago. I went through BP training with release 47 ("I said, stomp with me") and passed. Then my fitness regimen took a different turn. In short, I moved to the country where there weren't any gyms or LM programs. I traveled back and forth to Olympia and Seattle for three and a half years to study Capoeira Angola. I also studied African dance for most of that time, too. I did my weight training by using my BP 47 video (yes VHS) at home.

More recently:

Hi, my name is Terra and I'm a LES Mills-aholic. I don't go to AA I go to LMA!!(One thing we have in common: COFFEE.)

3 programs in 12 months. 5 Quarterlies in the same amount of time.

I also practice Escrima, Doce Pares respectively, for about a year and 6 months. Working on getting my black belt by winter 2009.
