Hiya Pamela, hope your doing great! and enjoying the school holidays (ther almost over-7 weeks fly by!). I have a quick question for ya-Im looking to find out where i can get hold of the 'scientific / eveidence/ reports' on Body Step, Body Pump, Jam, Attack, Balance etc....I can remember from my module training that the master trainer did mention that Lesmills have carried out scintific tests & have such papers that conclude infomation on calorie expediture, energy systems used, bodyfat lost etc.....I absolutly love teaching all my Lesmills classes, but im wanting to find out more! Can you help - or point me in the right direction of the person who might?

Hi Pam we are just taking it day to day, seeing what the weather is like, haha,it should be nice for the next few days so we will plan something for thu and frid.
We went to Lego Land two years ago and it was the same,we were just lucky that it did not rain until about 30 min before closing time,it was about the same price for a family ticket and one or two things you paid extra for.
Have a great time we will need to catch up when you get home.
Enjoy,relax and unwind.
Take care Bxx

would love to take Jam nxt, i almost took the module that just passed 2 wks ago but thought it was two close to vive completion. Im also worried about taking it on bcoz jam isnt popular here were i am, only 2 gyms around me have it and they have more than needed instructors for it, so im debating as to whether it is worth paying so much for. I will def take it on at some stage but i may do other modules first so i can have classes to support myself each week and then save up to take on JAM, my parents make me pay for the modules so im juggling uni costs with it.
I would love to actually take all the module trainings just for fun, once i complete the ones that i would love to teach.
Did you do all your programs over a certain amount of time or did it just happen over the years?
take care
xx

Hey Pam!

Looking at that list, you must live at the gym.
