Glad to hear the 2nd program is rocking for you! I definately agree about never been so sore that you can't lift a wine glass (with your left hand of course!!!! ;0)

So my class here at home just does not get the whole...."I Know...Right?!!" HAHA!!! I had such a great time with all of you! Everyone there made my first training very memorable! I know you rocked the BP house the other night! Kepp it up, hopefully I can make it back to Az. sometime and take one of ya'lls classes!!
