Congrats,
I am just getting time to work on my learning my BP40. I have a few flexibility and limited range of motion that is impeding my proformance. I working with other BF teachers and learning how to be calm with presenting my tracks in class. Take Care

Hey Paris,
Body Flow is kicking my butt especially trying to become more flexible. We trained on BF40 under Juile Anne and she was really awesome. I was overwhelmed by the experience she brought to the class. I had such a wonderful time in Nashville and look forward in attending another event in the future. I am preparing for our launch; I but will not be prepared to teach until I can present all track in a really perfect manner. Any recommendation on how to prepare for the video assessment? Take Care
