Launch weekend is over and its back to normal...for now. All of the instructors did amazing work this weekend, the members really loved it and it was rewarding to see everyone's hard work come to fruition! Filming for Combat this week so cross your fingers and say a little prayer for me ;) Tampa Q coming up, get ready to PAR-TAY! I can't wait to see everyone there at the crack of dawn for Attack, although I am sure all of the attackers will have had their 5-hour energy shots by then (how else do they have so much darn energy??) LOL See you in a few!

Hello all!

I found Les Mills classes after having hit the gym on and off for several years. Group fitness classes gave me the motivation that "going it alone" couldn't. One year and twenty-five pounds later (and leaner) I am HOOKED!! I thank God for the inspiration Les Mills classes have given me. I even dragged my hubby into the Les Mills universe! (He teaches Body Pump.) I teach Body Step and am working on my RPM training this month :) Maybe one day Body Combat (my baby) will follow. Hope to see you around at a quarterly sometime!!

What up sister!! It was really good seeing a note from you. I am doing well. Just got back off vacation, and now need to get the led out and get my video knocked out! Have you done yours yet. I don't have any classes at this time, but hope to PASS and then get one soon. I was on vacation during the quarterly, and was SICK I missed it. I already had tickets paid for when I realized what weekend the quarterly was!! Next time. Have a super day!

Thank God its over! I am so happy that it is. thank you so much for your support and compliments on my classes. I wished I could have gone to other classes but I must confess... My body was not having it. It didnt even want me to get out of bed.

So you fell.... I am sure you jumped up and no one noticed :-P. you got to show your stunt woman side and I got to show my strip tease side. lol

I am glad that your launches went great but I knew they would. You go girl!
