Music and dancing have been my passion for as long as I can remember. I love the way music makes me feel and how I can get lost in it! My happiest moment is when I am dancing…

Four years ago, I have decided to join local gym to make some changes: I took one BodyJam class and I was in love. I realized again for the first time in a long time how I felt to be lost in the music and dance again. How wonderful is to be Free for just one hour!

When my husband and I got engaged, we started to focus on our fitness for our wedding. Soon after our wedding, my husband became a certified LesMills RPM instructor. LesMills is now became part of our family. I started to learn and understand about LesMills philosophy, mission, and culture. Soon after he got his RPM certification, he also became a BodyPump instructor. I started to participate in not only BodyJam but also RPM, BodyFlow and BodyPump on regular basis. Now I was living LesMills. I become advocate of the LesMills programs by talking to the members and friends and encourage them to find the classes at their local gym or come to one of our own. Now I was hooked!

A-ha moment came to me one evening at the after quarterly re-launch party, one of the BodyJam instructor asked me, “So, Pam? Which class is your favorite?” I thought about it… My answer was… I love RPM but BodyJam is my passion!” I knew then how much I loved dancing… again!!

Since then my husband and my BodyJam instructors have encouraged me to go through BodyJam training to become certified. After about 9 months of convincing, I have finally decided to go through BodyJam training in Altamonte Springs, FL for BodyJam 50 with none other than MYSTI!!!!!!

It was the most intensive training I have ever gone through physically, emotionally and mentally, but most rewarding!!! I have pushed myself to the level I never thought I could. I challenged myself to overcome my fears, and to follow my heart for once and doing what makes me happy… Dance!!!!

I managed to receive a “Pass”, and now I am looking forward to becoming a certified LesMills Instructor and being a part of LesMills Family… for life!
