Hello!!!

Hey, if any of you BodySteppers in the greater DC area (including Rockville, Tysons, Merrifield, etc.) wouldn't mind me shadowing or team teaching, I REALLY need to get hot with my BS certification. Even though I'm bald and scary looking, I promise I'm a nice guy!!!

Thanks so much to Lindsey and Susan at Tyson's Corner for letting me shadow and TEAM TEACH! Yes, sports fans, I've finally done it... Today I taught my first BodyStep tracks outside of training - once at Tyson's Corner, and once at Rosslyn. I was evaluated at Rosslyn by Jen who gave me permission to team teach!!! Very exciting news!!!

Also, thanks to Scott (new friend - see side of page) for his evaluation! I REALLY appreciate the encouragement and feedback arms. Oh wait... this is BodyStep. I meant just feedback.

Still, still, still waiting on the video assessment.............

Joella	Aw thanks mate. Great to have you in there - you have fantastic energy and are going to really lead the way with BODYSTEP. Get your video in!!! :) Had a blast today - what an amazing group of instructors. The friendships we have all gained in this little "Gold's Gym/Les Mills" community is really special.
