Hello Fitness Enthusiast!

Thanks for taking a moment to know more about me. Here are six little un/know facts/habits about me:

1. My participation in sports & health fitness started in high school and continues today instructing Body Attack & Body Flow.

2. You may find me working out in the gym six times a week to keep in shape for Body Attack & Body Flow.

3. My favorite color happens to be orange, the official color of Body Attack in the United States and compliments green - the color of Body Flow.

4. I am originally from Portland, Oregon where there are not enough Les Mills classes.

5. I have two employers, Disney & Les Mills - both designed at creating magic!

6. My travel adventures span many continents & countries, and amazing places like Hong Kong where…you guessed it – I was able to experience Body Attack!

Jennifer	JIM! What's up my friend? Haven't seen you since launch, so I thought I'd say hey. I team teach with Emily tonight. Very excited. The first time I was so nervous I got pretty much everything wrong, so with that part out of the way, I am actually looking forward to tonight! Fill me in! I am coming to BA - soon... very soon!

Dr. Steve	Hey, Jim. I happened to find you on Chris' profile. Those are some great pics you've got with your team. Congrats on adding BODYFLOW to your teaching schedule. I teach BP and BA and really enjoy taking BF whenever I can. Cheers from Austin! Steve
