Qualified To Teach

Very aged (children did it!), mother to three, wife to one, and master of none!

Live in QLD, certified in BODYCOMBAT and now trained in BODYPUMP.

Boxing instructor, kick-boxing (and keen participant) instructor, plus the usual freestyle aerobics (except Step, which I'm quite hopeless at - lol). Studying to be a Personal Trainer.

Despise road runnning, car-racing noise on the TV, standing on lego pieces at 4am enroute to the loo, and stuffed vine leaves.

Snakes and heights make me shudder, and that's not with antipation either.

Personal motto is: "The more energy you put out, the more you get back!"

I do step twice a week and love it, although im a combat girl at heart and god forbid if I had to give one up, then as much as I love it, step would have to go, lol Hope things are good with you x
