Once upon a time (well, it was june 2005) I (an outdoorsportgirl) decided to try out some indoorsport. On a Saturdaymorning I gave Bodycombat a go.
On stage, a beautiful combatgirl and combatman. Off stage, about 50 crazy people shouting on every punch, every kick, moving around, suffering, but all of this with a big smile on their face.

I knew I had fallen in love with BC as soon as The Glory of Love (warming up BC24) entered my head wakening up the morning after each BC class.

After Bodycombat, I got addicted to other Les Mills programs. They all give me that ‘Wow-I’m-so-extremely-happy’-feeling.

Now, being an instructor, gives me the opportunity to make people to fall in love with my favorite program.

I’ll make them addicts too ;-).

Don't hesitate dropping a word (even sentence ;-)), I'd love to talk with passionate sporty people! :-D

Louise	Hi! Het duurde even, maar ik heb je gevonden! En... ik heb geweldig nieuws: ik heb de tweede auditie gehaald :-) Dus volgend jaar start ik het traineeship voor Bodybalance. Ben superblij want als Les Mills-addict kan ik niet genoeg van de programma's krijgen ;-) x

Henrik	Hi there, whats going on in your life then? Been to the new quarterlies yet? If so what did you think about them? Are they good, I´m soo curious : ) Cant wait for the new programme to start : ) Luckily for us we now have some old songs mixed in so its funny anyway : ) Winter in Brussels or what?
