Hey there Les Mills Community!! Ive been teaching traditional step and kick-box aerobics for over ten years. Im very new to Gold's Gym and the Les Mills training philosophy, but would love to add BODY COMBAT and BODY PUMP to my repertoire of group fitness credentials. Im still looking to get into better shape, so that im physically equipped to handle the rigors of the intense training, but im hopeful that my perserverance and drive will pay off!

Im a single daddy of two wonderful kids. I am a self-motivated professional, whose interests include faith in God, personal advancement, cultural diversity, familial unity, global events and the academic advancement of Hispanic Youth. Training our individual bodies and minds in preparedness for unlimited success is a quest that I undertake as a personal endeavor. Involving myself in church, community and childrens lives, makes my life worthwhile. As an associate college professor, I use my power of communication to instill a sense of inspiration, hope and accomplishment in the ready minds of our future leaders. In short, I am an idealist that sees our personal forsight as being limited only by our inability to see beyond the obvious.

Charlotte	absolutely! the triumph drives me everyday and it helped me find the program that keeps the sweat flying and heart pounding. Good luck through training! From the sounds of it i dont think you'll have any problems! u-dub huh... grrrr im an ol' coug but.. that was 3 years ago :)
