Qualified To Teach

I have been teaching with LesMills for 2.5 years now. I teach BODYATTACK, BODYJAM, and BODYPUMP--I would gladly teach JAM any day, any time... It has become my new favorite. Which is crazy because I have always been a PUMP junkie. I'm a girl who loves to prove her strength! Wanna arm wrestle? J/K

My life is go, go, go right now. My husband and I have been together for 9.5 years now!! He is an amazing husband, and father to our 3 children. My six year old is destined to be an Attack instructor. He does the best ice skater you have ever seen!! Our little guy rocks out to LesMills music in the back seat. Our beautiful 8 year old likes to chill and watch as we learn all of our BodyJam moves!! My hubby is super supportive, and endures hours(okay daysssss) of BA/BP/BJ tunes in the car, at home, in I-POD land, and on DVD! Jam by far is his fav to be forced to listening to.
I have work for 2 local clubs here in Boise, the members and intsructors are amazing. Every week they challenge me in new ways to grow as an teacher. When we get the opportunity, team teaching completely rocks! I still can't believe I get paid to do this!! Every class is a party! Especially when we all show up in Jam together--OFF THE HOOK energy!!

Seeing peoples lives changed is amazing, and to be a part of that is a complete blessing...
ALWAYS believe in your dreams...

Kristen	Of course you can kick it with me at the gym. When are you gettin in? I teach BodyJam on Wednesday at 9:15am and BodyPump at 12:00. Attack on Thursday at 9:15. Can't wait to see you! Thanks for the Bday wishes!

Eric	Haaaaiiiill yeah you can shadow. I don't know how much longer we'll do this release, but we will do at least one-half of it (probably the Hip Hop) this coming Sunday and Monday. -E
