Hi wendy,
great to have a friend in England!
living in Holland at the moment, but moving to the UK,manchester, in 2 weeks...
hoping to take the Bodypump course as soon as possible, already teach at a club here!! I love it! also really like RPM, which I also hope te become an instructor for..
so you just started teaching BP too? enjoying it?

I don't teach anything this is my first too ;0
Doing module in b'ham :) Just did my etm in feb...been participating for nearly a year now, just love combat sooo much :)

Thanks for getting bck to me, you seem to be doing really well. Good on ya!!
I haven't had much of a chance, I really should give it a go. I've had a hectic Winter, with loads of things at work. So haven't really had chance to focus.
I did knacker my wrist up from doing the clean and press, so I had to give Pump a rest for a bit. So Attack has taken it's place short term. It's weird being the only man in the class, but what the hell. It's dead weird because at my XMAS night out with work, you know the moves started kicking in. It was Hammer Time!!!
Anyway, I saw your message, and thought I'd reply.

fanks 4 acceptin the add hope lifes treatin ya gud, wot etm courses have u bn looking in2, ymca is always a safe be. ive bn teaching 4 ova a year n a half now n luv every min of it, so get ur butt in gear lol
