Hey Mrs C,
How's your fab life? getting better all the time I hope.
Just had a weeks hols in Morocco, heading to Warrington in a couple of weeks to see the folks. Still living in Am'dam where the no smoking cigarette ban came to effect on 1st July...the 'coffee'shops are a bit confused 'cos it's still ok for the wacky stuff..apparently cake sales have doubled.' funny eh!
BC 36 WOW! It's really challenging my stamina but I'm really pushing myself..got a bit unfit recently, injury, holidays..partying blahdibllh...good to get back on track but i like to fall off the wagon from time to time...Like getting back on it more so good for me.

Hi Rach:-).
The ithem who lift BodyCombat from an ok class to a great class, is the cardio-knee-lift-training and lunge-parts in the Fighter-setions. It lift the intenion to BodyAttack-level:-D. This is great! The only thing I miss now is the Flying-knees in Muay-Thai-part, and the flying-avensis-side-kicks from Ginga;-).
Today I am traing BodyJam for first time:-O!!!
