My classes are going well and I've established my reputation - badass! Cool ; ) I'm also SOOOO happy to now have my own BodyCombat classes at the Issaquah Gold's - my participants rock, they have so much energy and enthusiasm for the program.

Spent the weekend in Arizona. The BodyCombat upskill workshop with Rach and Angel was A-freakin'-mazing! I learned loads and now have an action plan to take me to the next level in my teaching.

The QW was brilliant and I'm lovin' the new releases, especially BodyCombat which just keeps getting better and better. How DO they do it?? I don't know, but just don't stop : )

RPM - Tuesday : 12noon
RPM - Wednesday 8.30am
BodyAttack - Wednesday 10.30am
BodyCombat - Thursday 9.30am
BodyCombat - Saturday 9.30am

Melissa	Hey Chica! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, had a blast in Phoenix so glad that I met you! If your ever in Utah hit me up for sure :) I think our club is bringing RPM soon so I am pretty excited to take the training.
