Cajun Fitness - Rayne, La. We opened on January 26, 1998. We are located in a small town in Southwest Louisiana. We have always had Group Fitness since we opened but in 2003, we started offering Body Pump and Group Fitness has never been the same. In 2006, we launched Body Flow and our members are loving it. Now in 2009, we are launching Combat. And on January 16, 2010 RPM will ride right onto our program schedule!!! Man are our members in for a treat. We are happy to be a part of the Les Mills Team and we are always looking for exciting, energetic people to join us in the Group Fitness room. Once members give either a Pump, Flow or Combat class a chance, they always return for more. We will be looking for you!
We also have locations in Eunice, Opelousas and Youngsville Louisiana.

Hey guys! I just wanted to say thank you for hosting a phenomenal Combat training! You all went totally 1st class with Justin & Nicole!! It was a life changing experience & I'm very fortunate to have been able to have gotten into the training! Oh, & Kuddos on changing venues when you realized there were so many of us packed into the GF room! Most clubs would not have been near as accomidating & I just wanted to tell you that you all did a marvelous job! I will have to drop back in sometime while I'm traveling through!
