Be yourself and stay true to what you enjoy about RPM.

Take feedback from others but don't try to implement everything at once. Try and filter the wisdom from the fluff. Talk to people who have been there and done it. Good things take time. Great Instructors are no different!

As you know its that time of the year... Where all us Roadie's go into hibernation for a month to watch the TDF. Nice to see Cadel up there after the first stage, lets hope he's out front come the Champs Elysee's. I've only just got over watching the Giro.

Michael (Action Man)	Hi Lee, At the moment I'm busy renovating, so I've cut out most of my bike training. Fully intend to make it to a 5.30pm session on Friday. I'm working in Chatswood so it means a 4.30pm packup which is a bit naughty, so I'll only do it when I'm not busy. Cheers, Michael.

Hey Bro, Thanks!

I was selected to do a photo shoot when I was in NZ for the Global Summit. A few weeks later I get an email saying they were using my shot for the 2Q marketing. Wild stuff! I'm gonna have to pick up an extra kit for the memories!

I actually thought of ya the other day. Was visiting my LBS and spotted an 06 Felt FC4 hanging in the window. Solid red...stunning! It's marked down a couple hundred $s and it's a 56cm...just the right size!!! ;-)
