Gold Coast Rules! How good was that RPM Q4 Workshop?! Those guys & dolls ride hard and we pulled the roof down with energy & focus.

Brisbane did exactly the same thing as the last visit. Simply smashed.SMASHED......

Sydney with Megasaurus was where we rode the legs off everyone in the room. Big hands on Ed session to follow was good stuff too.

Get over to NZ for the next filming in early 2010 if you can. Time to get in the crowd and share the RPM vibe!

Hi all,

Sydney is without doubt a fantastic city! I've been to quite a few and to come home always brings a smile to my face.

Coaching RPM here in this city is the best. Big rooms, Big egos,Big expectations,Big challenges,Big results!

I try hard to bring my road cycling and racing knowledge to the studio and bring a real authenticity to every class.
It works! My aim is to bring the cyclist to the surface in every single participant.
Its not about being a cyclist BUT, it is about riding a bike.

Recently I have been given the humbling opportunity to coach new instructors as a RPM Trainer. Les Mills Asia Pacific is where its at and its awesome to be part of such a passionate, professional and progressive RPM Team. Meg is the Queen!

Fitness First has been my home for the past 2 years. Good Company, Great people!
If your keen to come and have a ride, below is my current timetable in and around the Sydney CBD:

Mon 12.15 @Market St FF
Mon 5.45 @ Kings Cross FF
Tue 8.15 & 9.30am @ Bondi Platinum FF
Tue 5.45pm @ Rockdale FF
Wed 11.45 & 12.30 @ Bond St FF
Fri 12.45 @ Darlinghurst FF

Please check the FF website to make sure I'm not off having a beer and pizza, pasta, Thai, Indian, a nice red..........
-----------------------------------------------------

Once you have Choreography 100% and your Technique is spot on. Coaching will still be absolutely bottomless!
-----------------------------------------------------

Take ownership of your participants results and challenge them to gain new self knowledge every class. Lots of small steps make the big gains.

Empower the people infront of you......

Hey Lee,

It'll be awesome to have you on stage here in August. I certainly hope to be there but Cycling SA have deigned to hold the state road champs on the 22nd so it could go either way. :(

Any early news about what's coming in 44? ;)

Cheers,

The legend that is Steven Renata shall be pulling on his spandex and joining me and Amy "The machine" styles in RPM43 - looking forward to that. Plus

I shall be over your way for Filex - not presenting just attending the conference and then a few days break.

Nice work on the forum buddy...

So that's what that black knob is for???

That explains it.. I am happy about the 'Pullback Climb' being pulled out, can't count the number of injuries that caused to the punters and myself aswell (5 weeks off injured) I got to watch DVD re-runs of the 1999-2007 TDF's, on the downside I was made to sit and watch 6 Series of 'Sex in the City' so I had an "Appreciation of Shopping" I told her I do have an appreciation of shopping... "PROVIDED WE'RE IN A BIKE SHOP!"
I just can't accept that Mr Monolo Blahnik can charge $2Grand for a pair of skimpy stiletto's and they don't even have Carbon Fibre in them!!! Whats the world coming to? hehe

Speak Soon Bud!

Lee,

Yeah Im good mate. Glad to hear your well. You sounds like you have been realy busy, I hope you enjoy the filming, Is it your first one?

I think you got a better deal with the Q's you get to travel to brissy and tassy.

I missed out on doing the class again this time around :( . I say physio in the morning and it flaired my back up again so i didnt want to push it for todays class, ive learnt that lession already.i still went along to pick up music and i ended up staying to watch the master class, Not to bad at all im likeing the changes and the music is not to bad either i realy enjoy most of them.

Hope i will get to catch up at filex, im definately going planned for the whole 3 days, and definately going to get to the workshop, im hopeing im 100% by then.

Dont work too hard until then and enjoy your next lot of Q's next weekend Smash them :)

Hi Lee, as per SMS, I won't be joining you at Rockdale on the 14th. Last Thursday night I was competing in RBCC Track racing at Tempe and the thread on the right pedal arm striped while out of the seat at about 50kph. Resulted in punctured lung and broken ribs. First ride in an Ambulance ever and 3 days of hospital food (RPA). Anyway bottom line is that the only exercise I'll be doing for a wile will be looking for the remote behind the sofa.

Heard that you did a bunk and ended up in my old country for the weekend or so. Hope you didn't bump into any of my relo's :)
