76 yo cancer survivor(6yr cancer free!)
I teach Tai Chi(Yang Long Form)and Qi Gong (18 Buddha Hands).I have 2 Basset Hounds and a Senegal Parrot.
I am an active runner and one of the 5 AM "crazy" ones that is addicted to RPM and RPM Plus.
I put the liveSTRONG bracelet on my wrist the night before I began therapy and have never taken it off.Lance Armstrong was/is my inspiration
When I was told I needed 4 tattoos and a partial body cast prior to treatment I asked if the tattoos could be Dragons ,instead I got the standard green dots!

"GOOD.....RUN MORE"
Those three words still inspire me almost daily even after almost 30 years.
It was at a visit to my Orthopedic Surgeon at my 1st visit after he allowed me to begin running again and to go back to the gym.
On the 21st of Sept 1979 I had fallen 2 1/2 stories from my home in Pennsylvania.I had broken my back,my legs and my left foot.Bob told me I might never walk again and that my left foot might need to be amputated.
Well I did walk again left foot did not need to be amputated and now I had started to run.
At that visit when asked how I was doing,I complained that the only time my left leg did not hurt was when I was running.
He replied "GOOD.........RUN MORE !

Steve	Lee- We missed you this morning for RPM+ ! Audrey and Dave came in and joined us for the ride. Pretty soon, that baby won't let her lean forward to reach the handlebars! It was a marvelous ride this morning, we played Desenchante for our second speed. Stephina hopped off her bike during the middle and banged on the wall for us. It was wild!

You know it! You rest you rust,I live by that! I do however, need to remind myself to take a break once in awhile! You have inspired me tho,I want to be a rockin granny(someday)! I see how you are living life to the fullest and I am going to follow your example! I want to be a mover and a shaker for many,many years to come! Kids are grown and the hubby and I are having a ball! We are big outside riders, love to get the bikes out and hit the trails! Keep inspiring and I will talk to you soon!
