BODYJAM™

BodyJam instructor in Phoenix, AZ area.

Ok, so this needed an update badly! During the day I teach orchestra and guitar at a local high school...but at night, I am a jammin' fool! I have been a Jam instructor for almost two and a half years now, and still get that first time high every time I teach a class. I love seeing the participants faces light up as they realize they are having fun and dancing...and getting a workout at the same time.

In addition, I have a lovely wife and an adorable 7 month old son. Who could ask for anything more? (Except maybe more Jam?!?!)

Raina	Heya Matt! Thanks for the message, I'll definitely keep an eye out for Cindy - hopefully I'll catch her at the filmings. They start tomorrow, Pump 72, Vive 13, Attack 68 and Combat 42 - I'm so excited I can't sit still! :-D

Hi Matt!

Just wanted to get back to you about the Jam training. I passed! Corey was in the training with me. We had a lot of fun. Mysti, the trainer, was amazing. All that info you emailed me helped prepare me to know what to expect. Thanks so much! I am shadowing and teaming now and want to make the video as soon as possible while all the details from training are so fresh in my brain. Thanks again for your support. Take care.

Hi Matt,

Cara here from Tucson, AZ. Haven't taken Jam training yet, but considering taking it at the end of January in Chandler. How is the training? I am excited, but worried I won't be able to keep up. With the BodyJam+ and base level Jam do we have to pass knowing both? How does it work? How long have you been teaching Jam? How long does it take you to learn the new releases? Thanks for any info!
