Qualified To Teach

Let me start by giving a shout to an old friend who dragged me into a BodyStep class kicking and screaming back in 2006. Thanks Liz, if it wasn't for you, I would never have found my true passion.

To all my trainers who pushed me to my max. Mysti, Nate, Jacob, Joella, and Darren, yall rock!

I am so happy to be in Richmond Va teaching with a great group of instructors. Never imagined myself here but I truly love what I am doing now. Currently, I am the GFM for Golds Gym Arboretum on the Southside of Richmond as well as a personal trainer. Five years ago you never would have thought I would be in the fitness industry @ 240 lbs. LesMills, Golds Gym, and all the great people I have met in between have turned my life around and now here I am, down to 190lbs and in the best shape of my life. And it keeps gettin better! I hope to change peoples lives just as other LesMills instructors have done for me.
