yeah, shame abt the gazette - our union the NUJ sent a press release the other day to Radio Wave and Radio Lancs abt conditions there, didn't go down too well when there was a story on yesterday :-S
i am doing my level 3 course now tho in the hope i can change careers.
just started kickboxing lessons last week too which are wicked!
liking the look of ur combat mix. can't wait til i been teaching pump a bit longer and have more to choose from - at the mo i have abt five to pick from ...

omg, check out my pics from ribby hall village - we got to team-teach with dan cohen onstage for pump masterclass... WOW! learned a lot just in them couple of hours with him.
n rach kicked serious butt in a combat masterclass after....
anyways, u'll b glad to hear they are now cutting up that damn boat and getting rid of it, slowly but surely.
things here not so good, johnson press really are the biggest bunch of b***tards u cud imagine, gazette is falling apart!!! recruitment freezes, redundancies (including the entire IT dept, we now have no onsite IT support, yeah - i know, pure genius)... everyone is leaving or just being worked into the ground! i need out n soon.

Fair is crap site is being sold off for a new leisure development, though our local council's idea of leisure development seems to hindge around poundlands and pizza hut.

Hello stranger! Cheerz for the message, I hear what you're saying on the 36 release :) Going down very very well everywhere. Better cardio workout than the previous 2 releases which I still liked which is why I think people are taking so well to it.
Work is as exciting as ever Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.... budgte are the talk of the year and as you can imagine everyone's watching the ££££.
Still though like you said I'm sure it's a nice chance for you not to be in and out of airports every 5 mins!!!
