eeeeeeeeeeeep.. well it takes alot to lead me astray!
Heyyyyy so im going to Body Step tomorrow (for real) i've booked it and everything.. tomorrow will be my last set of classes before i go off to the USA for my holiday!

Seeing your many forum posts actually made me think you are very much closer to NZ than Scotland!
Going to a filming must be every LM freak's dream! Hope to make that trip someday. Yeah, I also had my share of injuries and am not getting any younger. My knee bugs me sometimes but I refuse to let it stop me from my favorite activities. I keep working on strengthening, stretching and alignment; hope to overcome it someday.
