Happy New year all,

Well as with everything in life we will always be faced with change. Change will always be constant so fighting it seems kinds of senseless. When faced with change, ride the wave baby cause' trying to swim upstream gets frikin' tiring! :-)

I am not a big new year's resolution person as I prefer to work on personal/professional growth year round however this year will be an exception. My two big promises to myself this year are to 1) 'Let go' of the things that I can not control and 2) Never let anyone tell me what I can and cannot do!

There will always be someone who will give you all the reasons why shouldn't, won't or can't do something. Cherish the ones who remind us why we SHOULD, why we WILL and why we CAN!

Kia Kaha and Livestrong,
Dan

Hi Dan,
I would first like to say that the best quarterly I ever went to, the one that had the best education was the one you were at in Eldersburg MD in 2008, you did RPM and Flow. I learne so much ( I was the one that asked 10,000 questions. My concern now is the new pedal strokes, heel up, slide forward. Seem it is to help instructors go faster???? It does not feel quite right. I like heel down, slide back. I feel like I use more muscles in my legs that way. What is your take on this? We all miss you so much. You are so knowledgable and personable. RPM needs you. All the track that you coach on the videos are exceptional coaching. I am am good RPM instructor because of what I learn from you. I just don't feel like the new approach is the right approach.

Dano-
Gotta pass on the news about one of my 5 am riders. Lee has been coming for my RPM+ and regular classes for a couple of months and now has been bitten by the RPM bug and wants to try the training. Lee is 75 years old...! Kudos to you and the RPM team for making such a program that rocks young and old! Lee's page is LeRoy from Plant City, FL. Wish him some luck!

No way!!! Are you really coming to Austin for Livestong? If so, I've just GOTTA tag along. Please tell me it's so!!!! Would be a great honor. Let me know what Jersey you are wearing so I can be part of the best Paleton in the pack!!!

Loved your imagery from track 5 RPM 43. I use it EVERY time time I teach it and the fans love it. We launched 43 DURING the TdeF, so it just brought it that much closer home.
Thanks so much for being such an inspiration. You and Glen are the best, in my book.
Peace and Joy...

Just playing with the website and figured out BodyBalance is BodyFlow. I really enjoyed the class of 5 BodyFlow train the trainer this last weekend. It was awesome and your patience, coaching, mentoring and guidance were inspiring. I look forwrd to more opportunities to train with you and grow with the LesMills systems. Let me know when you might be doing a RPM train the trainer down this way. Any when you are down this way give me a call...

thanks

Just wanted to leave a quick note that I thoroughly enjoyed the last ride there at the Atlanta quarterly. You guys were the bomb! It was great to meet you and the other presenters. I had a blast and it was my first ever RPM class. Maybe one day our club (Montgomery,AL YMCA) will offer it.
