High on the drug that is called BODYJAM... Had our quarterly this weekend and it was such a blast!! To have G himself teach us 3 Jam masterclasses - now that definitely is something special... And such a nice guy too!!

Hi there! My name is Rose (obviously) and I teach BODYJAM as a parttime job. I absolutely love Jam and love sharing this with my participants...

I teach 2 classes a week @ Fitness First Nieuwezijds Kolk, Amsterdam where I have THE BEST participants in the world :D

The launches always turn out to be a huge BJ party with a packed room, people dressing up according to our dresscode, dancing their asses off and just having fun!!

Availability

I already have 2 BJ classes @ Fitness First Nieuwezijds Kolk in Amsterdam, which I absolutely love! But I'm always happy to cover classes if it fits my schedule! Since I have a fulltime job, I could only do evenings (preferably Tuesday / Wednesday) and weekends.

Rhiannon	Hey Rose, Thank you so much for your reply! It is so amazing how Les Mills is all over the world, it would be a whole different experience teaching in another country. Fortunatly Les Mills Australia wrote back to me. The unfortuanate thing is that you have to be over 25.... so I guess I'll just have to wait. How is your friend going with becoming a trainer. Has she found it difficult?
