My club Cajun Fitness is looking to add either step or combat....
So I am looking for clubs local to southwest LA who have or may add these programs, too...

Hey girl
was hoping to make it today but didn't get done with my workshop until close to 6pm, no way I would have made it there in time
Wed night I have work obligations and I have a board meeting all day Sat and Sun so it looks like I'm so close yet so far away and wont' be able to make it to Franco's
Was really looking forward to taking class w/you guys
sorry to have to bail

Not sure how many days I can get away from downtown and out to Mandeville but I'd love to come take some classes

I want to thank you for having us participating in the BJ M.Class. We truly loved it..... it will be my next Les Mills certif. for sure. I can't wait to do it.
As soon as you have it on schedule, I'll come with Mimi and Shana take the class.

Hey Ruth,
How in the world did you get the dress and boots? That is awesome!! I wish I could take the Body Jam training but there is no way that I can fit that into my schedule right now- but I know that I will definately be there for the master class. I will call you this week so that we can catch up- thank you so much for everything!!!
