Attack is just fantabulous! I only substitue in Body Step but I love teaching that class too. I'm going to Body Combat training in October so that I can have a class under my belt to get out some aggression. All these classes are so upbeat and chipper I need something to bring out my darkside.... Miss you!!!

Hey! Sorry I didn't get back to you! Its been crazy getting things set up.

I am having a free intro to Body Pump class this Thursday at 6:30pm. I'd love to have you come out. I won't have a barbell for you probably, but you can network and come have fun with us. I hope to get things started off with a bang!! It would be great to have 5 or 6 teachers on hand to make it look big. I will have lots of open slots for teachers, I just don't have any participants yet!! So we have to find em. Which won't be hard.
