I'm now a dad! I've got a little girl, who is 5 months old now, so haven't really been able to go to the gym as much as I would have liked.

Well you are a busy bee. Can't do spinning, bores me silly.

Shops is doing just fine. Been open since the begining of November and has a firm customer base now.

Also doing some casual Gym Work on Saturdays where I teach, so that's fun too.

I'm alright girl. Tootling along with work and such.

Classes are going well, had 27 in Balance last night, which is nice!

and we have a launch weekend this Sunday, free classes and all. So that'll be a long day but a bag of laughs as well.

How's the classes going?
