Hi Sam....I talked with you last month about Les Mills at ECU...I am so happy to have found your profile!!. I love our little community we have. Thanks so much for chatting with me. How are things going? I think that we should definitely plan a trip to NZ for a filming!! Take Care..kari

My dear Sam,

thanks for the kind message. Your group of peeps at the BA training were fabulous! I hope our paths cross soon so I can get some time with your crazy self. I heard the Candy Man story and thought it was hilarious!
love,
lizzy

Just wanted t do a shout out to another fellow Golds employee. I teach at Golds in St. Paul, MN and currently we don't offer LMI programs hopefully, in the next couple of months we will be.

Once a Sinfonian, always a Sinfonian...uh, that would be 'yes.' Great to hear from you! I'd heard through the grapevine that you were in the LM community back at ECU (Dr. Heather D. maybe?)

We teach at the same gym in Apex). I took my first BP class in June and was hooked instantly. I got certifiend and am now teaching several classes per week. I'd been teaching freestyle cycling for several years so RPM is definitely next on my to-do list.

How is life? Are you still in the music world?

Thanks!! I did enjoy it. I think it really helps your brain to teach in different settings. I just hope they don't think I was too hard on them...they will get to know me though. Thanks for the opportunity, I LOVE IT!! See you in a few.
