BTW Sue had a baby boy 3 weeks ago.
Both are fantastic and happy.
Extreme is kicking it, just took over the ground floor. Next stage the Group Team training Room level 2.

Well did you make it to workshop??I almost went,but when I contacted them (Les Mills pple) on line they wanted all this paper work from home,so I said "forget it'!Last time I just called and the guy said sure just show up.Should have done that again...oh well.

Hey,
I am still here,I have another 5 months to go!
No I am not coming to workshop :-( I thought the whole workshop was at Richmond,which would be somewhat easy to get to on the train,but it's a Monash,so I wouldn't be able to make it early for Attack,boo!

Great to see you at GFX....my gosh I think you and I were the only instructors in charge of ourselves....hahaha...alot of sore heads the next day.
