I will be there to try Zumba at 11 if I make it in time and then demo Combat (12:30) with Hedith. I will let Craig know about tomorrow night! Hopefully I can get him to come. Depending on how they do at the football game tonight, he might have to work in the morning. I haven't heard how the varsity game is going yet.... we'll see! :) See you tomorrow! :)

Have you or anyone you know worn the Les Mills brand tight capris (like the ones for BodyStep or BodyPump)? They are on sale and I wanted to possibly order them... I know the tops and bras ran big- know anything about the bottoms? I don't know what size I need... do you know if the capris pass the "bend over" test? haha! I'm so paranoid about butt-crack showing through. I think that would scare off some members... ;)

There were 8 people, that included Jodie who had come to do a couple of tracks. So the word is getting out there. As you know classes get slack up to christmas. You just got to be patient girl!! That coming from the most patient person on the planet!!

I miss you too! I've been swamped with school stuff since the grading period was coming to a close and I had to update files on struggling kids.

Want to team teach this coming Monday at 6:30 (Nov. 10)? Since that is Veteran's Day- you could wear your red-white-blue wraps! :)

The Monday after that is Craig's birthday, so I need to ask him if he wants me to get a sub that night, or if I should go ahead and teach. He will probably tell me to teach anyway, but I'll ask him just in case.

Let me know if you want to tear it up Monday night. :)

What's up sista?? Miss ya! Hope you are having a great week. I've been trying to catch up from being gone for several days and my dogs are mad at me for leaving them. They are punishing me by cruising the cabinets and getting into cookies and all types of things not meant for the four-legged friends. Now I need to see if they are going to suffer the consequences and hopefully not do it on my carpet!! UGH!!

True about the esq. shoulders back, butt down, foot planted... a lot to grasp. and oh it hurts.

Are you an attacker? or a pumper? mayhap ill see you in one of those. ill keep an eye out for you, it would be a shame not to see you again.

im sure you aced the vid. you really impressed me with how well you had come along so quickly. you were not afraid of the stage. even in front of strangers!

Im sure that you are rockin the house down there! we did just launch a bit ago, and i think the consensus is......ouch. 4 and 6 make for a wicked combo. thow in 36's 5 and you have people passing out!

It will be great to see you in thanksgiving. and i know that my sunday class would love to have you back.

im not completly sure about the sch. for the holiday yet, but im sure that the Sun 230 class will be in affect. im betting thurs classes will be cancelled, but there is also a monday at 530 pm. that is is for our gym. We only have BC on sun, mon, thurs.
