Hey girlie! So I just thought I'd let you know that I just went through body pump training last weekend! I remember you saying you were certified in it too!!! I love it!! 66 is awesome dont you think!!?? SO I guess your prob getting ready for college! Good Luck with your freshman year!! Keep me updated on how it goes!

I feel exactly the same way and it was so many of us having to tape the same release so I know the members have to be just as sick of it as we are. Take care.

Good luck with you tape and with the launch. I may re-tape there were a couple of things I would like to do better but I haven't decided yet. I figure there will always be something you could do better.

I taped yesterday and I'm glad it is done. Now I have to learn the rest of the new release and be ready to launch on Saturday. I'm loving it though. How is Attack going to for you if you are already teaching it you are good to go.

Hey there! I taped yesterday and shewwww, it's done!! It went pretty well...and I didn't pass out so that's a plus, huh? Don't you feel like your about to die by Track 9? Man! I'm lovin every minute of it though :) Have you taped yet? Hope you're doing well!! Take care!

That's a bummer about Wednesday! We launch the new attack next weekend, so I have to get my video done this week. I'm taping on Wednesday night and Thursday night, and I'm really looking forward to it--I want to get it done!
