WHAT'S UP EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What can I say...... I LOVE Les Mills! I LOVE Gold's Gym! I LOVE Jam! and, of course, I Love G!!! (who doesn't)

It all started 2 years ago, I was just going to my Bodypump class, minding my own business. When a very persistent instructor kept "bugging" me to get certified. Finally, I caved and decided to go.
THANK YOU AMY G!!!!!!!! It was one of the best things I've ever done. Then, a few months later, I went to my first quarterly. WOW! What an experience that was!!
I took my first Jam class with Rachael Newsham! She is PNENOMINAL!!!! I was HOOKED!! I knew that Jam was for me!!! Only one little problem: no gyms in this area had Jam. But, once again, Amy G to the rescue!!! Gold's Gym sent me to training. Kili Marti was the trainer. AMAZING!!!!!
So, today, I am the program couch for Jam at Gold's Gym in Peoria and Morton, IL. I still teach Pump and love it too! But, Jam is my passion!! I work with a group of FANTASTIC instructors!!!!! Great people, great teamwork, great fun!!!!
We are all truly "WORLD CLASS"!

Of course I can't forget about my son, Dominic. He's 10 yrs old and he keeps me on my toes! He wants to be the next Gandalf! Look out G!!
