Hi RPMer's

WOW doesn't time just fly by? It seems like yesterday that I was updating this profile saying we were gearing up for the RPM 44 filming - man now its like 5 weeks till be lay down RM 45! Crazy! I guess time flys when we are having fun huh?

We have just got back from a massive trip - France for the Euro Summit, pompadour instructor summit, UK for massive super 1/4ly and then the US for the US summit and big super 1/4ly there too!
Glen and I had a fab time - great to meet so many instructors!

Well its winter here- a little chilly actually - hard to get out on the bike. We've started doing a bit of running.... hard though. I have the fitness but the legs / joints are not enjoying it.....

Well hope your liking RPM 43

Sarah

Happy Riding

Good to see you on dvd again (teaching that is!). Great release - best music so far I think (thanks Glenn!).

Finally did my Ironman! Looking forward to more great RPM releases.

Take care.

Hi Sarah,
How are things going down under??
Question about the new move in RPM 44, going forward. Lots of ladys here in Holland have a painfull experience doing this. Me too and never had that before (RPMer since 2003 and lots of hollidays on bike). What is it. Are we going to far to the point of the saddle? (Or is the point of the saddle to high up? Should I adjust the saddle a little bit with the point to the floor?)
I see the professionals in time trials go litteraly on the point of the saddel, but that hurts like hell "down under" althouht I have a very good padded riding short (Nike).

I agree that I have more power and certainly go faster but with the result of lots of pain (the following days) I rather stay sitting in my old position.
Is one centimeter going forward enough?
On the dutch social network "hyves" we have a good discussion about it, but who better to ask than you.
And I enjoy 44, just released it last weekend. Great work!!
Bye, and all the best from Rotterdam, Netherlands

Hi Sarah,

Great to see you and Glen at Brissy.

How was your holiday??? Sun, sun and more sun???

It's freezing down here in Wellywood.
Tan is fading fast.

Hey Sarah,

Can Fit Pro was amazing. The LMI day was incredible, but I really do think that Glen is trying to kill us up here!! I ended up doing RPM 44 and Pump 71 back to back...OUCH.

Rick and Dano did an amazing job on 44. I've got to say I'm looking forward to seeing the cadence drill. I'll post some photos soon.

Hope all is well with you and everyone down there.

Hello Sara!!!
Just wanted to drop you a line to say "hi"! You'll remember, I'm the one from Canada that does that every now and again ;) How is the "winter" in New Zealand treating you?
I added some prego pics of me online--check 'em out! I've had tons of energy lately which is great! I can't go at the pace or intensity that I used to but oh well....not much longer now! I miss the programs so much.....I took a small break to take care of myself and have really realized how eager I am to get back to it--I decided I'll just come back stronger! :) I'm still working out on my own.
Anyway--Hope you are well! Have you gotten out on the road much?

Hey Sarah, you probably don't remember me but you and Glen were my trainers for Attack in Perry Hall MD about 4 years ago. I just wanted to say that you were awesome and totally inspired me to be a better instructor! I didn't know it at the time but I was pregnant at that training and have taught BA off and on (got pregnant again 2 years later) ever since. That class has made me better in all the other programs I teach and would say that it's was a life changing experiance! I hope that you guys'll come back to the East coast again soon! YOU rock girl!!
