Hi Sara..! Awesome pics... I'm planning on taking my kids to Dysney World when I come back from vacation for a few days. It'll be cool for them to know that I know Ariel.. And maybe I can fit a work out in one of your classes there too... Take care... Great pictures...!

Yo Ariel....haha, what's up? Hope everything's going well in Wonderland! We don't have Attack at my gym, but hopefully we'll get it sometime soon. I took it in April at my first Quarterly in Woodstock, Ga. and loved it. So which program do you think you'll add to your LesMills arsenal next?
Do you like college football? If so, who's your favorite team? The kickoff is coming up this next weekend and I'm sooo excited, can't wait!! Well Sara, it's been nice chatting with ya, look forward to keeping in touch!

That's awesome that you're an Attacking Ariel!!
I think I even caught one of your shows not long ago, when my family took our "littlest one" to the parks not long ago. Ariel is her absolute favorite!
I didn't know it was you at the time, but your face definitely looks familiar now.

You weren't by any chance Ariel at last year's Pirate and Princess Party at Magic Kingdom were you? If so, I have a picture of you and my daughter hanging on my daughter's wall right now! Too funny! ATTACK will keep you in shape for whatever comes your way. When we make our trip to Disney from Tally this January, I'll have to come teach Attack with you! LOVE the program!
