Qualified To Teach

Starting in October, I'll be teaching Body Combat at 9:30 and Body Pump at 10:30 on Saturdays at Gold's in the Fan. Come See Me!

I love, love, LOVE combat. Nothing makes me feel more alive and powerful than when I am helping people to step out of comfort zone and really push themselves in Body Combat.

I have a black belt in Hapkido, have years of cardio kickboxing, contact kickboxing, and Body Combat experiences as a participant.

I am also a passionate rock climber. I am continuously learning the beauty of "digging deep and finding the fighter within" part of climbing and martial art. These activites really brought out the kind of person I didn't know that existed inside of me.

Now on Body Pump, I thought nothing, I mean nothing would come close to how much I love Combat, but now Pump is right up there too! The essence of the program, strength and power, is what I try to bring to each class and I love suffering and grunting right along with the participants in class.

Derrick	Hi Seo! You taught a great class on Saturday. I'll be back in there on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, but I know you will be out of town. I'll let you know when I'm in town after that though. Yes, definitely come check me out in DC if you are ever in town on one of the days I teach.

Hey Seo! Glad to have you on my friend list now! My plans have met with a little bit of a hitch--so I may not be able to make it to Combat training after all. We just bought a house and the closing date is stil undetermined--but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I can still make it. If so I will be training in April. I would LOVE to teach with you guys! I miss the martial arts aspect of my workouts!
