Qualified To Teach

Long time fitness instructor, 4th Degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do with training in Capoeira, Kung Fu, Hapkido and some weapons. I LOVE teaching LES MILLS - it's VERY addictive! I love the fact that the COMBAT classes at my club are some of the most packed out classes of all. I teach COMBAT 6 times a week and each class is big and there are always new people who are also become addicted.
I also teach BODYPUMP, BODYVIVE, total body sculpting, a class I designed over 10 years ago called Pain in the Butt (lower body strength) and other cardio/conditioning classes, Silver Sneakers, Senior Strength, Self Defense, Tae Kwon Do and boxing techniques. I am the Group Fitness Director of North Dodge Athletic Club.

My biggest high is motivating and challenging people who come to all my classes - and seeing their lives and their bodies change and grow stronger, and their confidence level go through the roof!

I've been a professional musician for over 25 years - keyboards, guitar and lead vocals in Holiday Road Band (www.holidayroadband.com) Check it out - look for pictures from the late 70's and 80's....When I lived on the road in hotels (16 years) I always had free weights and other portable equipment with me including one of those fold-down ski machines - and roller skates!

Teaching Les Mills and being in this community is a privilege!

Hey Shannon, here's your Belated 50 Birthday Wishes for you to enjoy through out the year! Use them wisely since you are still so very young and you know you look much, much, much younger than you are, I thought you were at least 20 years younger! Les Mills looks totally Awesome on you!! Hi Shannon!!!!! So good to hear from you! I have filmed 5 times now, and think I have one that I really like! The taping was pretty good... but I wanted one that was as perfect as possible. :) How is your taping going?

I have seen Vive 10, and I'm totally excited to launch it in April! I am LOVING teaching Vive! I never thought I would find (yet ANOTHER) a program I love as much as Jam, and Pump, but Vive is it!!!

I train for Attack on March 14th and 15th! I'm excited! :)

cbcjammer	Hey Lady! Our program launch went off SUPER well! Unfortunately, we have no pics... go figure. But, we had 27 people in attendance (good thing we didn't have more since we have only 30 sets of Vive equiptment), had lots of prizes, lots of fun, and LOTS of smiles! Kim and I also teammed last night for 8 new Vivers and had a blast! Hope all is well! Take care! cbc
