I think Les Mills should branch out to South Africa!! If they will, I'll be the first one interested in going!! Since I haven't seen my family for six years now after moving to America (which I just love by the way!!!)

Well, I just love pushing and pulling weights to the coolest music ever!!

This is definitely my favorite way to exercise!!

I have completed two other programs now. BodyFlow and BodyVive! I am so excited. I'd really like to go to a quarterly soon. Maybe the one coming to Arizona!!
