Baby's Here!!!!!
Elijah Bear Tolley was born June 20, 2009. He weighed 5 lbs 2 oz and was 19 in long. YAY!!!!! Next generation LM Junkie is born :-)

DISTINCTION ON MY PUMP ASSESSMENT!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Ya'll!!!

I've been teaching since '06, but I've been a certified personal trainer since 2003. I love helping people change their lives for the better and Les Mills has given me the ability to do it even better than I could do on my own!

I fell in love with Les Mills after getting up the guts to take an RPM class in college. When I finished the class I felt like I had the power to do anything! After that I was hooked on RPM and Pump (the only 2 programs my club offered at the time).

I finished up college at James Madison University and started in the fitness industry. I found my way to Gold's Gym in Staunton VA in July 2006 where I call my instructor home.

I approached our GFM about possibly teaching and she said "Have you ever heard of Body Jam." Well kids, the rest is history :-) I quickly added Combat and Step which I love!

Most recently, I added Body Pump (getting back to my LM roots). What rush!

My high school sweetheart and I have been married since 2005 and we have an amazing boy who's the coolest guy in the world.

Much love to the VA crew... Staunton, C'Ville, Richmond and North Roanoke.

Shout out to the Wildcats in Carolina :-)

Tammy	you too!!! you look GREAT with your lil baby belly and I got a kick out of that top with baby on it. You were glowing all day :) You'll definitely need to post some pics of that little one when he comes into the world next month!
