BODYPUMP™

Shawn likes to work and play hard. He grew up in Washington and Colorado and graduated from the UW (Seattle) with a BSEE, like, eons ago.

He enjoys electrical design engineering and runs his own business - he says he never got over legos and needs to design circuits to ease his mind.

Leading Bodypump class is Shawn's 2007+ passion and creative drive - it is SO MUCH FUN and the best one hour strength workout on the planet! He has enjoyed Pump since he started years ago and he is fortunate to have a lot of regular BodyPump enthusiasts in class. Come join us Tuesday and Thursday noon at the Northeast Family Y in White Bear Lake!

Shawn married above himself 20 years ago. Agata is also an EE and teaches Pilates. They have three boys, two resident in-laws and a carmel colored puppy/footwarmer that REALLY misses the boys when they go to school !

Finally, Shawn has been active in Karatedo Doshinkan for 25 years (that's how he met his spouse) and has both feet in Cub and Boy Scouting with his sons.

Shawn's favorite hobby is sleeping, and boy does he
need it.

"Hello" ha ha that is the silliest joke ever and I still crack up at it every time.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your weekend - so did I. I really thought the intensive went well and it was so great to get to meet so many new cool friends. Thanks for working so hard - and then not being too tired to hang out and have some fun.

Hope to see you sometime soon - keep pumping and look forward to seeing you in action again. :)

Niki	Great shot of us, great time for all....now we recover, eh? I am sooo tired and I returned to find a sick kid! Adam	Thanks for the kind words this weekend. It was nice to meet you this week. I'll talk with Jackie and see how we can get you into the club to participate in a combat class. Teri is a really good instructor and she does Mon and Wed nights at 6:30. I'll eventually do a Sun day morning 10:30am thing. I'll keep you in the loop.

You are still in Colo? I am envious! 3 classes in one day? it's like a quarterly!! But you've done it almost every day....you're just a little crazy, but that comes with the territory of being a Les Mills fanatic!
You know, Lori Young lives in Erie...married name is Trombetta...she's on facebook too...I requested you as a friend there too.....probably not doing the quarterly in Mn, but did see it...you never know though...I see my friend Joella will be there...and saw you were on stage with her at your previous quarterly....are you going? It's hard not to go when it's so close.....I'll check the dates again......can drive to that one if it's near the TC's.......anyway, stay in touch.

Who would have thought I would run across a fellow high school classmate that was part of this crazy cult we call Les Mills? it was probably one of the top highlights of this past reunion wkd....we are only 6-ish hours away from each other, so let me know if you are coming to Omaha and join me in class! Looks like we teach at the same time slot and days......hope you had fun this wkd. Sorry we didn't get to talk more on Sat night....hope pump went well on Sunday.
