I cannot begin to explain how amazing the Global Trainer Summit in NZ was. I've never attended a more World Class affiar. The sessions, workouts, filmings, social events...just being in Studio 1! I loved every minute of it. It was so great to meet trainers from all over the world. If you're ever in Toronto, please let me know. I am inspired and still can't get the theme song out of my head! Looking forward to meeting all my new friends again in the future. To all the instructors here at home, I hope to share some of the magic and inspiration with you when our paths cross next.

Hi everyone!

Wow! Is anyone else still on a high from CanFitPro? Toronto, you really know how to turn it up! I'm so proud that the T-dot is my hometown (kind of...).

To my team; you're the best! Thanks for your continued support.

To all the jammers I trained; I felt so proud watching you dance and groove before we came on stage to present BodyJam. I have no doubt that you continue to share the joy and the essence of Jam to all your participants.

Here's to the second half of 2007 being just as great has the first half.

Hey Shereese, Thank you so much for your info! BTW, have you ever Trained or Presented the LM Programs down here in the US and how long have you been teaching the LM Programs? Hey Shereese,

Thank you so much for the opportunity to JAM with you at the Q! It was amazing and I thought we had a great turnout ...the best sofar I believe. We should definitely ask them to still move it to the middle of the day!
The rapping part OMG.....once you get lost it is impossible to get back on..I still thought we did great...LOL!!
Lots of great feedback about this release.
Definitely will keep in touch....goodluck with this weeke JAM training we are sending Carolyn...hopeshe will do great...we are in desperate need of more jammers.
